Colourful, oversized, tartan - this season has seen so many different kinds of scarves and oh I am glad! After having the worlds loudest cough for the past two weeks, Mum made a decision to go and get me a cuddly scarf to keep my poor throat nice and warm in these chilly mornings. I styled it for a busy day at college with a little black dress, some thick tights, and my new heeled Chelsea boots. It was so so comfy and I literally felt like a little penguin all wrapped up throughout the day. My big red scarf was an absolute steal from Topshop, they have so many variations too. I also have one similar that's tartan that I got from the men's section on Boohoo (cheeky) it was an absolute bargain as it was under a fiver (even cheekier), despite it being so cheap I've received so many compliments about it - another bonus. My lovely aunty bought me a gorgeous chiffon scarf from M&S and it will definitely see me through the spring, adding a final touch to all of my outfits. So whether your scarf is to protect that awful sore throat you've had for weeks or to add a bit of sass to that boring college outfit, it's definitely a must have for these final winter months. Anyway, me and my emotional attachment to my new scarf are off to prepare for another long day at college. You feel my pain?

Love Aoife xx
