Incorporating exercise into my lifestyle is something that is essential to me. After getting a little bit down about recent health problems, exercise managed to get me through it. Going for a short run when I started to gain some strength after a week off, made a huge difference. Before exercise was just something I did to lose weight, but now it means so much more to me. I'm starting to gain a better understanding of my body, and what it needs, so rather than just exercising to "look good", I'm exercising to feel good. This is the start of my wellness journey, I'm not quite a Jessica Ennis yet, but we sometimes have to kindly remind ourselves that it's a process not a race. So with that, I'm about to put my trainers on, and get to my Friday workout.
