Jet lag can catch up on the best of us, and after a long flight it's not only our bodies that are left feeling tired, but our skin too. After a 5am start, 9 hour shift, and then a 5 hour flight ahead of me, it's safe to say I was not in the travelling mood. But as soon as I hit duty free, my spirits lifted. I bought my favourite Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, and lip balm, and I think they rescued me on my flight. The air con can usually dry out your skin on a plane, and with a fear of dry skin and lips, I was dreading the 5 hours ahead. I simply applied some of my 8 hour cream (even over make-up), and my skin was hydrated throughout. I've now arrived in Greece, and my skin is not facing the repercussions of the flight. As my skin is prone to burning, I've been putting it on in the evening too, as it almost acts as an aftersun. However, most aftersun creams contain salt, resulting in your skin being even more dried out, so I've been opting for this instead. This little bottle is definitely a miracle!

Love Aoife xx
