Productivity is important in any industry, to try and make the most of the hours in your day. It's something I've struggled with recently, juggling two full time jobs, a social life and finding time in my week just for me. There's definitely days where I panic and don't think I'll have enough time to get anything done. So I've had to learn to focus my mind a little more and use my energy on the things that are important. I've found that I burn out far quicker if I'm stressing about little problems and situations. I've also dedicated a time within my day where I'm phone/social media free for an hour or two. Otherwise my procrastination levels vastly increase from hours of Instagram stalking. Managing my work rate has become a priority of mine, if I didn't I would never find the balance between taking some time off or working until I crash and burn.
