I've recently started getting back into the habit of being a bit more health conscious and it became so apparent to me how much the people surrounding you can contribute to your wellbeing. To me my health is more than eating my greens and going to the gym four times a week. Having problems with my anxiety from a young age, I soon found out, scenarios, people or jobs can also affect my health. It has become just as important to me to have people in my life that empower me, make me feel good about myself and want to achieve, as it is for me to work out all the time. I found that both benefit my health and my lifestyle greatly. Gone are the days of investing time and energy into situations and relationships that leave me feeling weak and drained. I'm all about feeling strong!
